Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:
Provide specialized intensive care nursing to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU unit. Deliver comprehensive patient care while ensuring safety, comfort, and adherence to clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient conditions continuously to identify changes needing intervention.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and update patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities thoroughly in the electronic health record system.
• Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatment processes.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and unit policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license and current certifications for ICU nursing.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Meditech or comparable documentation systems.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Maintain excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and extended hours.
