Solenis is a 2025 Best Managed Company Gold Standard honoree.We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically skilled Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will interpret engineering drawings and assemble custom, modular process systems from the ground up.You will be responsible for mounting sub-assemblies, routing piping systems, installing valves, and performing mechanical alignments in a fast-paced fabrication environment. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and lift components up to 50 pounds.We are looking for someone who is willing to work a flexible schedule to support production demands, which may include short-notice changes and occasional overtime.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble skids and structural componentsMount pumps and related mechanical equipmentInstall PVC and stainless steel piping systemsWire control panels and run electrical connectionsBuild crates and use saws, air tools, and other fabrication equipmentQualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or GED requiredTechnical certifications or an associate degree in industrial technology, fluid power, or a related field preferredExperienceHands-on assembly experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with PVC plumbing and stainless steel pipingKnowledge & SkillsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and skid assembly printsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailSafe use of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipmentPreferredMechanical experienceWillingness to work a flexible schedule to support production demands, including short-notice changes and occasional overtimeAt Solenis, we understand that our greatest asset is our people.
