If you have a strong work ethic, a team-first attitude, and the drive to keep developing your skills, we want to meet you.As part of Lithia & Driveway, Wilde Subaru offers the support, training, and career path to help motivated technicians continue growing their automotive careers.What You'll DoAs an Automotive Lube Technician, you will perform essential maintenance services while learning the processes, standards, and skills that support long-term success in a dealership service department.Responsibilities include:Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other basic maintenance servicesComplete multi-point inspections and identify needed maintenance itemsLearn dealership and manufacturer processes from experienced service professionalsCommunicate findings clearly with Service Advisors and team membersMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow dealership and manufacturer standards for quality and safetyHandle customer vehicles with care and professionalismWork efficiently in a fast-paced service environmentSupport the service team with a positive, team-first attitudeWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is dependable, coachable, and serious about growing in automotive service.
