Integrated Family & Sports Healthcare Practice

We are seeking a cheerful & dependable individual to join our growing integrated healthcare team. This is not just a front desk position — it is a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience and supporting the performance and flow of a fast-paced clinical environment.

Our family- and sports-integrated practice specializes in functional and regenerative medicine, chiropractic care, rehabilitation, and brain optimization therapies. We are a purpose-driven team committed to helping patients feel their best, function at their highest level, and live vibrant, healthy lives.

Work Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Thursday: Closed

Enjoy a consistent daytime schedule with no evenings, weekends, or Thursdays required—offering an excellent work-life balance and three off-days every week!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to all patients in person and by phone
• Coordinate scheduling to ensure efficient provider flow and minimal wait times
• Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures accurately
• Maintain organized, up-to-date patient records with strict confidentiality
• Support patient communications, including follow-ups and appointment confirmations
• Assist with insurance coordination and documentation for our third-party billing team
• Monitor and maintain office supplies and front office organization
• Assist with patient therapies (training provided)
• Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure smooth daily operations Contribute to office performance goals through accuracy, efficiency, and follow-through

• 1+ year experience in a medical office, chiropractic office, or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable handling administrative tasks, basic financial transactions, & data entry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (EHR experience preferred)
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Chiropractic or medical insurance experience preferred, but not required
