Hours: Full-Time | 40 hours per week (including days, nights, sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays) Salary: £17.10 per hour - £70.50 sleep-in rate Location: Barnet - N11 Are you an experienced residential childcare professional looking to take the next step into a leadership role? We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Team Leader to join our children’s home at Silver Birch Care (Residential Services). This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the management team and making a real difference in the lives of young people. About the Role As a Team Leader, you will support the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring that high standards of care are consistently delivered. You will help lead the team and create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where young people can thrive.
