Back Machine Operator Industrial Broken Arrow , Oklahoma Contract To Hire Sep 21, 2026 AIM Machine Operator Location: Broken Arrow, OK Pay: $18.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM We are hiring an AIM Machine Operator for a manufacturing facility in Broken Arrow. This position will operate automated machinery used to produce and form metal components for industrial applications. We are looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, safety-minded, and willing to learn. Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude and good work history are encouraged to apply. Job Responsibilities Set up and operate AIM manufacturing equipment Load raw material into machinery and monitor production Produce metal parts according to job specifications Make basic machine adjustments as needed Measure and inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality Identify machine or production issues and notify the appropriate team member Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment Maintain production pace while meeting quality standards Keep equipment and surrounding work areas clean and organized Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures Qualifications Previous machine operation, production, or manufacturing experience preferred Mechanically inclined and comfortable working around industrial machinery Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow work instructions and production specifications Willingness to learn new equipment and processes Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Why This Opportunity?
