Sales Support Specialist

Work directly with sales leadership, support customer outreach and growth initiatives, and gain hands-on experience that can lead to future opportunities in Sales, Business Development, and Commercial Operations.

Sales Support Specialist Details:

Contract to Hire position
$ 25.00 to $ 35.00 / hour
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Support sales outreach efforts, lead generation activities, and prospect research to help grow the business.
Create presentations, sales materials, buyer persona profiles, and reports to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Maintain CRM records, track customer interactions, and ensure prospect information remains accurate and up to date.
Coordinate meetings, follow-up activities, customer visits, trade shows, and other business development efforts.
Work closely with sales leadership on strategic projects, market research, and process improvements that drive sales team success.

Sales Support Specialist Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Demonstrated interest in sales, business development, marketing, customer engagement, or commercial operations through coursework, internships, or professional experience.
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Monday.com, etc.) and familiarity with AI/business productivity tools is a plus.
