At Right at Home South Bay, we're dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care and assistance to seniors and vulnerable adults in the comfort of their own homes. As a Personal Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our clients.

About the Role:

As a Personal Care Assistant, you'll provide various levels of care to our clients, including:
• Companion Care : Engage in conversations, play games, and assist with daily activities to promote socialization and overall well-being
• Light Housekeeping : Perform light cleaning duties, including laundry, dusting, and tidying up living spaces
• Meal Preparation : Assist with meal planning, grocery shopping, and food preparation to ensure our clients' nutritional needs are met
• Personal Care Services : Offer assistance with bathing, dressing, and other personal care tasks to promote independence and dignity

Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care to clients, adhering to our company's core values and standards
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless care delivery
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dusting, and tidying up living spaces
• Assist with meal planning, grocery shopping, and food preparation
