Front Desk Receptionist - $15/hr + Benefits!

Work at a Beautiful Resort in Gatlinburg, TN! Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join a top-rated local resort. If you love providing exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity!

What You'll Do:

Welcome guests with a friendly smile and assist with check-in/check-out
Handle reservations and scheduling
Manager phone calls and computer tasks
Process payments accurately
Keep the front desk organized and professional
Perform other duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

Customer Service superstar with great communication skills
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Comfortable with basic computer operations
Weekend availability required

Schedule and Pay:

Full-Time
3p-11p
$15/hr
