Engineer I

The Aspen Mountain Residences, located in Aspen, CO is looking for an Engineer I to join our team. If you enjoy working as a part of a team and have a motivated and positive attitude, we would love to meet you!

Duties Include:

General Building Maintenance
Boiler Checks
Pool Checks
Light bulb changing in common area
In room maintenance
Cleaning and Organizing
PM Checks
VIP Checks
Respond to guest calls and colleague needs
Respond to emergency situation
Maintain the property
Work on restaurant equipment
Other duties as assigned

Location: The Aspen Mountain Residences, Managed by East West Hospitality - Aspen, CO

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $28-$29/ hour

Schedule: Flexiable Scheduel

Minimum Requirements 

High School Diploma and/or Trade School Certification preferred but not required.
1-2 years technical training or equivalent maintenance / hospitality experience
Bilingual helpful but not required.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
Basic computer skills required.
Ability to track and allocate time correctly.
CPO certification preferred but not required.
