Position: Industrial Machinery Mechanic

Location: Rancocas, NJ

Pay Rate: $25-$30/hr

Job Description:

• In this role, you will work from blueprints and specifications to fabricate, assemble, and finish mechanical components while ensuring accuracy and quality. You will use a variety of hand tools and measuring instruments to produce parts that meet required tolerances.

Job Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
• Perform basic math calculations including fractions for measurements and layouts
• Use hand and power tools to trim, grind, file, and finish components
• Measure, mark, and layout materials using rulers, squares, and other tools
• Inspect and test completed parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and scales
• Assist with mechanical assembly, maintenance, and repair of equipment
• Identify issues and support troubleshooting of machinery and components
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Shift/Hours:

• Full Time
• 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar mechanical or industrial role
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading and symbols
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Drug and background check
