Description:
Provide nursing care to patients recovering from acute illnesses or surgery.
Care for ambulatory patients who are able to provide some of their own care.
Support bedridden patients who require total care.
Conduct ongoing assessments for all patients.
Ensure compliance with all required protocols and standards of care.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
Handle medication administration and manage IV therapy as needed.
