Leading customer implementation engagements, the full-time Senior Customer Operations Engineer will guide organizations through onboarding, deployment, and production readiness on a secure DevSecOps platform, working remotely while ensuring compliance in highly regulated environments. Key responsibilities Lead technical onboarding and successful production deployment for customers on the Game Warden platform Implement secure cloud-native deployment patterns and navigate compliance processes for government environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer onboarding and improve implementation practices Required qualifications 5-7+ years of experience in DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or related technical fields Deep experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native application deployment Hands-on experience with major cloud providers and secure cloud-native solutions Experience in Infrastructure-as-Code and deployment automation using tools like Terraform Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required
