Caregiver Duties include: Assisting with or providing personal care such as bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, transfer, ambulation, and medication reminders Performing light housekeeping to ensure client safety, including changing beds, cleaning bathrooms, laundry, kitchen cleaning, shopping, and errands Preparing and serving meals Documenting activities, concerns, and difficulties accurately and promptly Reporting injuries immediately Providing services as scheduled and communicating schedule changes promptly Completing required paperwork on time Performing responsibilities safely, professionally, and efficiently Participating in client case conferences and representing the agency appropriately #J-18808-Ljbffr Colorado Help at Home
