NWKEICI is a private operating foundation that provides economic and entrepreneurial assistance to businesses in rural Northwest Kansas. Serving 26 counties in the region, NWKEICI's programs are designed to reverse the outflow of people and businesses from Northwest Kansas by offering targeted initiatives for existing businesses and entrepreneurs. By extending resources and fostering economic innovation, NWKEICI aims to increase the population and economic vitality of the region. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Support Specialist based in the 26 Northwest Kansas counties. The role involves providing analytical and technical support, customer support, effective communication, and troubleshooting. Some work from home is acceptable for this position. Qualifications Analytical Skills and Technical Support Customer Support and Communication Troubleshooting Skills Experience in business support or a related field Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively Excellent problem-solving skills Knowledge of economic development and entrepreneurship is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field #J-18808-Ljbffr
