Family Law Attorney

Our client, a well-established family law firm in Chicago, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney with 2+ years of family law experience to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in family law, strong drafting and research skills, and the ability to manage complex discovery and income analysis tasks.

Responsibilities

• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision and clarity
• Represent clients in court for non-contested status hearings
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy and filings
• Manage discovery, including reviewing and organizing large volumes of client documents
• Perform income analysis and financial data review
• Maintain strong client communication and provide compassionate, professional service
• Collaborate closely with partners and team members in a highly cooperative environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $110,000 - $140,000
• Annual bonus
• Origination credit for any business generated
