The ideal candidate will be an innovative, data-driven thinker, with expertise in change leadership, and a strong background in talent planning and leadership development. Mastery in relationship and influence, as well as decisive executive leadership, is essential. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and hands-on experience with HRIS and HR technology systems is a plus.
