They handle inbound inquiries, provide solutions, and document issues in CRM while multitasking in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. We expect them to provide the best possible customer service while maintaining our underwriting integrity.We are looking for individuals with a growth mindset as this role has a progression plan. You will begin in a service position, as an Associate, and then over time, with experience and training to build in-depth product knowledge, transition into a full sales role, as a Specialist. This development pathway is an optional opportunity to grow and develop your skills.To be considered for this role, we require that you have an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license as well as prior insurance experience (ideally sales and service), a passion for client interaction, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.This role can be done in-office, hybrid or fully virtual from anywhere in the continental US.
