Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool. As a member of our nursing team, you will provide high-quality care to patients across various inpatient units, including ICU, Step-down, and Medical/Surgical. You will play a crucial role in delivering patient-centered care while adhering to established protocols and standards. Responsibilities Provide nursing care to patients across different units, including Med/Surg, Step-down, and ICU. Maintain patient safety and comfort, monitoring vital signs and conditions regularly. Titrate drips as required in step-down areas. Work collaboratively with the healthcare team and communicate effectively with patients and families. Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record (EPIC). Required Experience / Certifications Current RN license. BLS and ACLS certifications required.
