Be found.OverviewResponsible for developing and supporting data products, this resource plays a critical role in the design, development and management of modern, cloud-based data engineering and data warehouse solutions applied by internal and external collaborators. ResponsibilitiesCreate high performance data products by monetizing BI solutions, warehouse and ETL technologiesWork closely with different teams such as client, sales, IT, media planning and buyingDesign, develop and productionize data engineering pipelines on a massively parallel processing (MPP) and cloud-based tech stack, applying solution aspects from hybrid-clouds (Azure, AWS), data lakes and multiple data warehouses.Data management functions including:ETL/data feed managementMetadata managementCreate database objects as needed (e.g. Stored procedures, Stages, Indexes)Optimization of data pipelinesMaintain procedures for handling, storing and using dataTools: Apache Spark (Pyspark), Pandas, PythonAny modern database (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres)Good to have exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBIData engineering stack on public clouds – AWS, Azure, GoogleQualificationsBS Degree in one of the following subject areas; Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferredMinimum of 5+ years of experience designing and developing BI solutionsSolid understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practicesSolid understanding of ETL and data warehouse principlesGood interpersonal, written and oral communication skillsUser documentation skillsAbility to present complex ideas in user-friendly languageSelf-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detailAble to prioritize and execute tasks in a team-oriented, high-pressure environmentMinimum 5 years SQL experience, 3 years of ETL experiencePython based data wrangling experience highly desired.Strong data warehouse knowledgeExperience with large data setsExperience with Web and Digital marketing data a plusAdditional informationOur Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
