This part-time, in-person position offers an exciting opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to contribute within a supportive, school-based environment. Starting August 26, 2026 and running through June 11, 2027, you’ll work onsite with a manageable caseload of approximately 20 middle school students.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Rhode Island SLP license
• Current RIDE (Rhode Island Department of Education) certification
• School-based experience highly preferred
• SLPAs are not eligible for this role

Position Details:

• Part-time schedule: 2 days per week
• Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• In-person work at a single, established middle school
• Consistent caseload, allowing you to develop meaningful relationships and deliver focused interventions

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and intervention plans tailored to students’ needs
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to foster student growth
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking for each student
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning
