What You'll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations while maintaining outstanding guest satisfaction.
- Coach, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Ensure exceptional food, beverage, and service standards.
- Manage bar operations and support beverage programs.
- Monitor labor, sales, and operational performance.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture.
- Help create memorable dining experiences for every guest.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Current Restaurant Manager in a casual dining restaurant.
- At least 2 years of Restaurant Management experience.
- Minimum 1 year of bar management experience.
- Experience managing restaurants with $2 million+ annual sales volume .
- Stable work history (no excessive job hopping).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for hospitality and team development.
