You'll work one-on-one and in small groups with children with autism and developmental delays, helping them build critical life, social, and communication skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) . Andrews Center is looking for passionate, energetic Behavior Technicians to join our Treatment and Learning Center. You'll work one-on-one and in small groups with children with autism and developmental delays, helping them build critical life, social, and communication skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) . What You'll Do:
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans with guidance from BCBAs/BCaBAs.
- Teach social, communication, self-help, academic, and vocational skills.
- Collect data, track progress, and contribute to each child's success.
- Support children displaying challenging behaviors with patience and care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within 90 days.
