Job Description: PM - General Construction - Atlanta Location: Atlanta, United States Start Date: 19 March 2026 Pay Rate: $70/hour Job Description: As a Project Manager in General Construction based in Atlanta, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
