Electrical Generator Assembler As an Electrical Generator Assembler, you’ll play a hand–on role in the assembly of our Jenbacher generators on our new manufacturing line in Waukesha, WI. What You’ll Do Assemble and wire industrial control panels based on electrical schematics. Perform electrical installations on production lines and prototype builds. Conduct system testing to ensure compliance with U.S. standards. Document all work accurately and maintain records. Operate cable assembly equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues. Contribute ideas to improve processes and workflows. What You’ll Bring Completed training or certification in electrical engineering, electronics, electrical installation, or mechatronics. Hands‑on experience in control panel assembly, machine installation, or system commissioning. Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC). Ability to work shifts, overtime, and adapt to team needs. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn. Commitment to safety, health, and environmental standards (OSHA compliance).
