In this role, you will help individuals, families, and business owners achieve financial security through customized insurance and financial solutions while building and managing your own practice. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct fact-finding and financial needs analyses to identify client goals and objectives. Educate clients on insurance and financial protection strategies. Recommend life insurance, disability income insurance, long-term care, and other financial solutions that align with clients' needs. Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and prospecting activities. Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients. Deliver exceptional client service and maintain ongoing client relationships. Participate in training, coaching, and professional development programs. Maintain accurate client records and comply with all regulatory and company requirements. Work collaboratively with internal teams and specialists to support client needs. Qualifications Required Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to build relationships and establish trust with clients. Professional presence and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Bilingual (English and Spanish).
