The Human Resource Manager will play a key leadership role in driving strategic planning and overseeing a large team of 16+ members. Reporting directly to our managing partners, this position focuses on implementing effective talent management, recruitment, performance, and employee relations strategies to support organizational growth and employee engagement. The role requires a hands-on approach with minimal travel, emphasizing strategic leadership within the HR function.
