We are looking for an honest, reliable, capable individual with a great attitude, outgoing personality, a high level of computer proficiency, exceptional phone skills and able to multi-task.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk - Obtain and update patient records - Assist with billing and processing payments - Coordinate communication between clients, veterinarians, and staff - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area - Strong computer and technology skills
