Job Summary
Seeking experienced Inpatient Pharmacists to provide medication management and pharmacy services in an acute care hospital setting. Ideal candidates should have strong inpatient pharmacy experience with IV preparation, dosing, medication monitoring, and sterile compounding practices.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience preferred
- KS Pharmacist License required in hand
- PharmD & RPh required
- BLS & ACLS required
- Inpatient/acute care pharmacy experience
- IV preparation and sterile technique
- Pyxis/medication dispensing experience
- Experience with dosing and therapeutic medication monitoring
- 1st-time travelers accepted
- Locals within 50 miles not accepted
- RTO must be provided at submission
Key Skills
- Anticoagulation and high-alert medication management
- Renal & pharmacokinetic dosing
- Pediatric dosing preferred
- Warfarin dosing preferred
- Therapeutic medication monitoring
