Electrical Assembler

Anjul, I need an electrical assembler. Electrical assembly needs to be the primary skill. All of the previous candidates indicate they can do this work but, in reality, they admitted that was not entirely true. Angel and Danny Padilla are workable but still it is not their primary skill. I can up my pay rate to 40/45 per hour for the right guy. We are going to rigorously test their ability in the interview Can you look for a couple of candidates? John Oldham

Need: Strong electrical assembler Knowledge of point to point wiring Knowledge of making harnesses and cables Dsub, CPC, AMP, Harting Pins and sockets Can read a basic wiring schematic (we will test for this) Can use a DMM to check point to point wiring Basic troubleshooting skills Able to make electrical panels (power and I/O) Can read and write English well

Experience:

• 4-7 years' experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment
• Experience in reading of electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Knowledge of electrical color code and ac/dc wiring practices
• High-quality workmanship (ownership and pride in work)
• Ability to use hand and power tools

Important: Point to point wiring, Cable and harness wiring, Ability to read an electrical schematic
