EDI Sterling Integrator Admin/Architect

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an EDI Sterling Integrator Admin/Architect to support a multi-national power management client of ours. Overall, we are looking for someone who can independently manage, proactively address issues, and act as a go-to SME for Sterling Integrator operations and architecture. Area of workJob responsibilities Platform Ownership & Monitoring Take end-to-end ownership of the IBM Sterling B2B Integrator platform. Proactively monitor system health, queues, and workflows to ensure uninterrupted EDI processing. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks before they impact business operations. EDI Operations & Support Manage daily EDI transactions (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, flat files) and ensure timely processing. Troubleshoot failed transactions, communication issues, and mapping errors. Provide L2/L3 production support and participate in on-call rotations if required. Partner Onboarding & Maintenance Configure and onboard new trading partners (setup communications, certificates, routing rules). Maintain existing partner relationships by updating configurations, certificates, and protocols. Administer and support communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, OFTP, and Monitor connectivity issues and ensure secure and reliable data exchange. System Administration Perform server administration tasks including user management, system configuration, and patching. Write and maintain scripts (Unix shell, Java, PowerShell) to automate operational activities. Monitor logs, disk usage, database health, and system performance. Analyze recurring issues and implement long-term solutions. Work with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, application, and business teams) to resolve critical incidents. Performance Optimization & Continuous Improvement Tune system performance and optimize workflows for high-volume data processing. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance platform stability and scalability. Preferred experience working with EDI Mapping, XML, XSLT, Power shell scripts, database and framework like Lightwell or Remedi Strong understanding of communication protocols – AS2, OFTP, SFTP, Exposure on server migration from on premise to cloud technology. #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
