About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Varied Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 1+ years License: Active RN license required Certifications: ACLS, PALS, CEN preferred Must-Have Skills/Experience: Basic nursing skills, trauma experience, and critical care experience preferred. Description: Travelers can start with some items pending. Non-negotiable items are the following; all clearances are required. Candidates must be able and willing to work all shift times; including days, nights, and mids. The facility is known for clinical excellence and nationally recognized patient outcomes. Specialized services include a regional Level 1 Trauma Center, Intensive Care, and high-risk obstetrical care. A wide range of specialties are offered, including critical care, surgical services, trauma services, and women's health. All candidates must have complete and clear screenings prior to the start. Candidates should have basic nursing skills and experience treating all patient populations. The unit has a ratio of 1:6 patients per nurse with a focus on quality care. Dress code consists of scrubs in any color. No unacceptable attire is permitted.
