Assembler/Packer

Assembler/Packer (Full‑time, Permanent) – Corcoran, CA. Company Overview Camfil is a global leader in air filter production and clean air solutions, building commercial and industrial systems to improve productivity, reduce energy use, and enhance human health. Responsibilities Follow basic assembly/packing instructions, processes and procedures. Maintain process cycle time to meet established standards. Consistently assemble and pack throughout the work shift. Visually inspect filters for defects. Work on feet for the entire shift. Report issues, malfunctions or defective parts to the Group Leader. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Cross‑train and work in all production areas as needed. Work in a fast‑paced environment while meeting production goals and maintaining quality and safety standards. Be available for overtime on a daily/weekly basis. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned. Operate pleater machine checking for correct slab size and quality. Operate production machinery. Support production assembly as needed. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of stable work history. Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports. Proficient in spoken English with management and employees. Basic mathematics skills, including use of measuring tools, multiplication, calculator, and fractions. Ability to stand and walk continuously for 4 hours. Ability to handle products and reach with hands and arms repetitively. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Work Environment The position is located in an office, warehouse, and plant setting with required PPE in certain areas. The employee must be able to access and navigate each department.
