Director of Platform Reliability & Observability Engineering

Request Technology, LLC is seeking a hands-on Director of Site Reliability Engineering to lead a 7-10 person team across SRE and platform engineering in a large, cloud-native environment. You will raise the bar on observability, reliability, and performance, partnering with a centralized architecture function to optimize cloud efficiency and reduce waste. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, capable of shaping SLOs/SLAs, and skilled at coordinating across distributed teams in the US. #J-18808-Ljbffr
