Machine Maintenance Technician - Mount Vernon, OHPay Range: $21.00 - $27.00/HR Full-Time Permanent Position with Benefits2nd Shift: 2pm - 10:30pm3rd Shift: 10pm - 6:30amA manufacture in the Mount Vernon, Ohio area is hiring a Machine Maintenance Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shifts supporting production operations, minimizing equipment downtime, and optimizing overall machine efficiency in a clean, state-of-the-art facility.ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled PMs on machinery to ensure optimal performance and operational longevity.Troubleshoot, repair, tear down, assemble, and install components across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.Diagnose issues with ladder logic, numerical controls, and perform robot recovery and training support as required.Collaborate directly with Team Leaders and production staff to resolve machine downtime issues and drive process enhancements.Assist production teams with planned and unplanned maintenance tasks to maintain smooth shift operations.Support new product model implementation and equipment setup activities.Maintain clear communication for shift pass-downs, equipment updates, and breakdown follow-ups.Participate in shift meetings, environmental improvement programs, and ongoing technical training.RequirementsHigh School or GED, Technical/Vocational School training preferred.Minimum of 1–2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience utilizing team-based problem-solving techniques.Proficiency in reading technical schematics (hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical including ball screws/spindles, and ladder logic).Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and rapid problem-resolution skills.Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and standards.Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel) and experience with ERP systems (Plex or similar).BenefitsComprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance401(k) retirement plan with generous company matchPaid holidays and paid vacationPaid training and tuition reimbursement programsCash reimbursements for safety boots and prescription safety glasses, free uniform supply and cleaning serviceReferral Program Integrity Technical Services, Inc.
