All positions are required to be on‑site at various locations in Maryland. Position Summary Assists in the daily administration and operation of the customer’s IAM solutions. Manages user accounts, troubleshoots access issues, and helps enforce access control policies. Works under the supervision of senior engineers to support technologies like Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign‑On (SSO). Requirements Required Qualifications Education: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related scientific or technical discipline. General Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in IT systems administration. Specialized Experience: At least one (1) year of experience working with identity management systems such as Active Directory and basic knowledge of authentication protocols.
