Neurologist - Memory Disorder | Banner University Medical Group - Tucson Banner - University Medical Group Tucson and the Department of Neurology at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurologist with interest or subspecialty training in cognitive neurology, behavioral neurology, or memory disorders to join our growing clinical faculty. This is a unique opportunity to join a nationally recognized program supporting the Banner Alzheimer’s Institute (BAI) and its expanding footprint in Southern Arizona. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and advancing a comprehensive memory disorders program focused on the diagnosis, treatment, and longitudinal care of patients with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Position Highlights Primarily outpatient‑focused practice in memory disorders and cognitive neurology Evaluate and manage patients with Alzheimer’s disease, mild cognitive impairment, Lewy body dementia, and related neurodegenerative conditions Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care model including neurology, geriatrics, psychiatry, neuropsychology, and care navigation Opportunity to participate in clinical research, clinical trials, and innovative care models through Banner Alzheimer’s Institute Faculty appointment with the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson commensurate with experience Engage in teaching and mentorship of medical students, residents, and fellows Clinical & Academic Environment The Department of Neurology provides comprehensive neurologic care across all subspecialties and is dedicated to excellence in patient care, education, and research.
