Client Services Representative

Chino Valley Animal Hospital, part of the Suveto network of hospitals and located in Chino Valley, AZ is looking for experienced full-time Client Services Representatives to join our team!

Chino Valley Animal Hospital is a state-of-the-art veterinary facility in Chino Valley, AZ. We serve animal-lovers and their pets in our community. Our clinic is a welcoming and friendly place for pets and owners alike, filled with smiling faces and experienced, compassionate veterinary professionals. A Client Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. Although this position does not provide direct care for the pets we serve, the CSR's are critical to the success of every client interaction. We work using a team-oriented approach in delivering the best in compassionate care for both the pets and clients we serve.

The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multitask, answer phone lines, schedule appointments, check clients in and out of the facility, and remain calm under pressure along with other misc. duties. Hours include days, nights, and weekends. Previous experience in a multi-doctor veterinary practice is preferred or past client service experience. Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Basic computer skills
• Familiarity with impromed systems
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of previous experience in client services.
• Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new software.

• Ability to work well within a team environment
