Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Fabrication Estimator responsible for completing fabrication estimates and quotations. This role is essential in ensuring that accurate and timely quotes are provided to our customers while maintaining high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and assist in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
• Collaborate with inside sales to quote and estimate added value services including sawing, thermal cutting, welding, press brake operations, and assemblies.
• Interact with customers and engineers to address and resolve any questions related to quotes.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers regarding quotes.
• Expedite customer orders and projects to ensure timely completion.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Review and manage contracts for customer purchase orders to ensure accurate order entry.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications Required

• Proficiency in estimation techniques.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform related math skills.
• Experience in interpreting fabrication drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM).

Work Environment

The work environment involves collaboration with a diverse team, utilizing various technologies and equipment related to fabrication. The role may require interaction with different departments to ensure seamless project execution. The dress code is professional, suitable for a customer-facing role.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oshkosh, WI.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Oshkosh,WI.
