IT Security Analyst

Detail-oriented and proactive, the part-time IT Security Analyst will support IT security and compliance efforts by maintaining HITRUST, HIPAA, and SOC 2 compliance, managing internal IT support tasks, and collaborating closely with the CTO in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Support maintenance of HITRUST, HIPAA, and SOC 2 compliance tasks under CTO guidance Execute employee onboarding and offboarding checklists, managing access controls and device setup Conduct annual risk assessments and monitor security practices, driving mitigation efforts Required qualifications At least 3-5 years of experience in IT support, security, compliance, or a related role Solid understanding of HIPAA, HITRUST, and SOC 2 frameworks Experience with audits, security assessments, or vendor risk programs Experience managing access controls, SaaS tools, or device setup/offboarding Self-starter with excellent time management skills, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
