Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Driver's License A Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency in transporting goods across various routes. This role requires Skills in operating Tractor Trailers hauling 48ft Flatbed Trailers with 4in straps, 2in portable straps and 50lbs tarps. Make timely deliveries and adherence to all regulations within our E-log sytem . We have both Local and over the road work. OTR is ran differently here where you are home every other night rather like some companies that keep you out for weeks. Local work is home every night. Work is constant and always have more if wanted along with optional saturdays

Duties

• Operate a variety of commercial vehicles, hauling flatbeds
• Execute route driving with precision, ensuring timely delivery of freight to designated locations.
• Strap and trap cargo safely efficiently while using other equipment as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle inspections, and compliance with regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure safety and operational readiness.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transport.
• Start early mornings to get to customers first

Experience

• Proven experience in truck driving, particularly with tractor-trailer combinations.
• Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles
• SAP Program Fridendly
• Experience with refrigerated trailers, flatbed trucks, tankers, or roll-off trucks is a plus.
• Previous delivery driver experience is highly valued.
• Ability to handle freight efficiently and safely during loading and unloading processes.
• Strong understanding of route driving techniques and navigation skills.
