Responsibilities Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center® is a 336-bed facility that is part of the seven-hospital Valley Health System serving Northwest Las Vegas community. Qualifications Education: Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy from a university program satisfying the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) academic and intern requirements for competence. License/Certification: Nevada State License as a Registered Occupational Therapist. Current certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). Current BLS certification. Other: Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
