ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Tyler Johns - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to warm and cold leads
• have needs-based conversation with prospects & customers
• outbound calling to prospects & customers
• start in entry level position - 6 to 9 months; daily outbound calling (high activity) while learning systems & processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Leadership and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Property and Casualty licensed (must be able to obtain)
• Life & Health licensed (must be able to obtain)

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
