Production Associate

Position – Production Associate

Job Location – Iron Ridge, WI

Starting Date – Immediate - 05/04/2026

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:00am – 2:00pm)

Starting Pay – $20 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – Entry Level

Responsibilities

- Hand packaging, assembly of kits or working on the bottle line

- Examine and inspect materials, containers, and products to ensure that specifications are met

- Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools

- Load materials and products into package processing equipment

- Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records

- Mark and label containers, tags and products using marking tools

- Clean up work area including products, bags, boxes before next project

Qualifications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting production goal

- Basic math skills required

- Flexibility to work on a variety of tasks as needed

- Physical requirements include lifting to 50 lbs., bending, standing and climbing

- Ability to stand for long periods of time, shifts are 8 hours

- Ability to work independently or with a team
