Position Overview As a Building Construction Foreman, you’ll lead a crew of 3–4 team members in the construction of pre-engineered post-frame structures. You’ll manage projects on-site, ensure quality craftsmanship, and help clients turn their building dreams into reality. What You’ll Do Lead and supervise a crew of 3–4 construction laborers Build post-frame structures from the ground up Operate hand and power tools Manage job site safety and productivity Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions Enjoy a variety of job sites and daily tasks—no two days are the same Deliver top-quality results that provide lasting value for clients Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Prior experience in building trades or construction leadership Prior post frame experience is a plus Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a crew Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions Willingness to train and grow with the company What We Offer $30 - $45 per hour; Foreman wages vary based on experience Structured on-the-job training and career development Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance options Paid holidays and vacation Reliable, full-time, year-round employment About Cleary Building Corp.
