Accounting Specialist

Accounting Support Accurately record daily financial transactions in Intacct accounting software. Reconcile bank accounts and company credit card activity daily. Maintain well‑organized digital and physical filing systems for receipts, invoices, and financial documents. Assist with day‑to‑day receivable and payable transactions and update status reports. Support expense management processes, including reporting, verification, and reimbursement tracking. Assist with compiling documentation for audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting. Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and recommend process improvements. Office Administration Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner. Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and general inquiries. Oversee the office mailbox: sort, scan, and forward mail to appropriate recipients. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls, including scheduling and logistics. Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations. Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other business documents. Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and paper‑based) to support accessibility and compliance. Provide administrative support to staff and management as needed.
