SAP HCM Time Consultant (CATS Expert)
Location: Austin, TX preferred (Onsite)
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Time Management Consultant with strong expertise in Cross Application Time Sheet (CATS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will need to have hands-on experience configuring and implementing CATS for Time Attendance and setting up accrued Leaves via CATS in SAP HCM. This role requires deep knowledge in Time Management process, integration with HR and Payroll and end to end implementation experience.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8-10 years in SAP HCM Time Management with a strong focus on CATS.
- Proven experience in configuring accrued leave via CATS (at least 2-3 end to end implementation)
- Strong understanding of CATS Data Entry Profile, Approval Process and integration to Payroll.
- Experience in SAP Time Evaluation (Schema & PCR) is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori based time entry solution.
