Radiology Technician

Radiology technician responsible for performing diagnostic X-ray procedures in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting. Focuses on patient positioning, image quality, radiation safety, and accurate documentation to support diagnosis and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures following physician orders and protocols
• Prepare and position patients to obtain clear, accurate images
• Operate radiologic equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure radiation safety standards for patients and staff
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support care plans
• Provide excellent patient care and a positive experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of imaging equipment and exam rooms

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• Current ARRT certification
• Active California Radiologic Technologist license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in orthopedic or outpatient imaging
