Primarily will be at front desk (20 or more hours a week) working billing and assisting managers. Chiropractic administrative assistant is responsible for all office duties included but not limited to: patient scheduling, phones, booking new patients, collecting copays, checking patients in and out, updating EHR, managing patient records, checking insurance benefits, billing and general accounting, helping with billing inquiries, scanning, and assisting the marketer. Primary responsibility is to ensure the business operates efficiently with minimal interruption of the doctors’ day. Must remain calm and friendly to patients since office will have people coming in in pain which can cause stress. Required: previous experience—billing and medical front desk, insurance knowledge, excellent written and oral communication skills. Our Patient Account Coordinator is the first contact for all existing and new patient calls, as well as calls into the office for staff. It is essential to be able to maintain a high level of client satisfaction. The essential responsibilities include answering phones and scheduling appointments, opening new patient accounts for multiple locations, setting up, verifying and coordinating insurance benefits, maintaining account information, requesting and following up medical record/procedure requests, and other duties as deemed appropriate. The job duties may change as position evolves. Status: Full-time Massage Therapist Provide massage therapy services including assessing clients’ soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion, assessing physical conditions of patients to aid in diagnosis or treatment, treating clients in professional settings or traveling to clients’ offices and homes, providing clients with guidance and information about technique for postural improvement and stretching, strengthening, relaxation, and rehabilitative exercises, developing and proposing client treatment plans that specify which types of massage are to be used, and referring clients to other therapists when needed. Must be licensed in the state of Massachusetts. We are looking to add an Associate Chiropractor. We are looking for an out-going chiropractor that will go above and beyond to offer holistic health to our patients. As an Associate, you will be trained on procedures and processes that work best in the treatment room and out. You will be supported by experienced professionals and trained on a monthly basis in clinical, marketing, operational elements essential to the growing, popular inBalance brand. Knowledge of nutrition, manual muscle testing, and supplementation is recommended, but not necessary. Must be licensed in the state of Massachusetts, or be able to obtain a license. We are looking to add a Front Desk Receptionist to our team.
