Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Project Manager/Technology - Senior to join their team. As a Project Manager/Technology - Senior, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Project Manager/Technology - Senior Location: Southlake, TX (4 days onsite every week) What's the Job? Establish and lead enterprise‑wide, cross‑functional strategic initiatives. Manage a variety of projects, including product launches, application development, and infrastructure upgrades. Define, plan, and deliver strategic initiatives ensuring high‑quality results and business benefits. Oversee all phases of project life cycle, managing scope, schedule, and resources effectively. Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to support Agile practices and project milestones. What's Needed? 8+ years of project management experience managing large, complex, and cross‑functional projects. Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and scaled agile frameworks. Strong ability to build relationships, motivate teams, and communicate effectively at all levels. BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience in a related field. What's in it for me?
